STUNNING!! My daughter got married at Fearrington Village and we hired Oncegathered to do the flowers. The outdoor arbor flowers were breathtaking, the bouquets were delicate and natural looking, the reception flowers were beautiful. I promise you they way exceeded my expectations!! I can’t say enough about how happy I was with all the flowers. My daughter said “Mom, this is absolutely perfect”. They were STUNNING, STUNNING, STUNNING. Jenn was delightful to work with. She provided different options based on my budget which I really appreciated. So happy!!

Not enough stars to give. On the way to my daughter's graduation from high school and I realize in the midst of all the chaos of the day, that I forgot to get flowers for her. Closest floral was Once Gathered. Arrived and met the owner outside taking a quick break. She must of saw my desperation because she immediately asked what I was looking for and got to making an arraignment. This place does wedding arraignments not necessarily a walk in retail store, but she didn't hesitate. I offered my credit card and she said this is on her and said to congratulate my daughter on the big accomplishment! The arraignment was beautiful and carried the weight of a wonderful woman and her craft with a beautiful heart. Thank you so much!!!

Jenn is unreal - SO talented and such a joy to work with! She did the florals for our wedding, and I could tell she just understood our vision immediately. All of my bridesmaids were so impressed that the flowers "looked like me"! She nailed it, and made the process so easy. Not to mention she was more than happy to do what she could to help me stay near my budget, and I feel like we got so much more than we were expecting! Can't recommend her and her team enough!

Frankie and Jennifer are incredible! I first worked with them 3 years ago for my wedding flowers, and they did a wonderful job. I truly appreciate their creativity and amazing attention to detail. Most recently, they created a funeral floral arrangement for me, and it was beautiful—it truly represented my friend. I am beyond thankful for their work and 1000% recommend their services.

Absolutely wonderful first experience here! I was looking for a last minute bouquet on a Sunday, and was surprised to find almost every florist closed. "Once Gathered" was listed as "By appointment" so I crossed my fingers and called. Frankie cheerfully answered, and said it would be no problem to create an arrangement for me same day! I was able to officially place the order easily through their website, and 30 minutes later stopped by their shop to pick it up. Oh my goodness, was I impressed! The arrangement was absolutely GORGEOUS, better than I had hoped for, and especially on such short notice! Since it was my first visit, Frankie kindly gave me a mini tour as his team was diligently at work for their upcoming week. While they were obviously quite busy, the shop was tidy and very well organized. Even the thorough but delicate way the bouquet was wrapped showed high attention to detail, ensuring my bouquet got home safely and the flowers stayed hydrated! I really appreciated them accommodating me with such a quick turnaround, and look forward to working with them in the future!

My husband and I worked with Once Gathered for our wedding in March 2026 at the Merrimon-Wynne House, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Going into the planning process, we were pretty indifferent about flowers—but taking that leap with Once Gathered was one of the best decisions we made. The environment they created with the flowers and greenery was on point. They perfectly captured our vibe: low-key, simple, and not overly feminine. We don’t even remember clearly articulating that, but they absolutely understood the assignment and delivered. Their team worked seamlessly with our venue staff and other vendors, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the process. The level of customer service was outstanding. We would highly recommend Once Gathered for any event.

We were so happy with our flowers from Once Gathered. The A La Carte service was so convenient and perfect for our small wedding. We ordered back of aisle pieces, loose petals, a posy bouquet, boutonnière, flower crowns, and 30 bud vases for a long table of 34 guests. The delivery was seamless and a lifesaver on such a busy day. Throughout the process, the team at Once Gathered was easy to get in touch with and helpful, answering any questions I had. I went for the custom color palette and sent over inspiration pictures, as well as a general vision and flower preferences. I requested a multicolored, vibrant, wildflower-inspired theme, and was very happy with the results. I was particularly thrilled with the flower crown—it was so beautiful, and easy to wear and keep on all night. Thank you Once Gathered!

We had the best experience with Once Gathered. Jenn is so so nice and knows exactly what she’s doing! The flowers for our wedding were so beautiful and perfect. I showed her a few inspiration pictures and she executed it perfectly. We cannot thank her and her team enough for making our day so perfect!
